CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.

Will refund 100% of your rental if re-rented for complete terms of your agreement less fees. If partial re-rent refund will be based on that amount LESS Credit Card and Bank Card (ATM) processing fees if applicable. Travel insurance can be purchased at time of booking that offers reimbursement for travel expenses incurred in the event of a cancellation.

We're the perfect home away from home when you're away for the holidays, reunions, or hosting family and friends for wedding festivities (Marina Park Venue end of beach). 

ALL Casa's and Casita's are beautifully decorated for the holidays including a pre-lit tree.

The world famous Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade starts December 18th 2024 and runs for 5 nights and can be viewed at  Marina Park Beach the next block. At this turning basin... you can view the parade coming and going. Purchase some hot chocolate on the way. The first nights festivities will begin with fireworks by the pier AND festivities including, live music, food and local vendors on our beach in front at Marina Park.

CHECK-IN 3PM...CHECK-OUT BY 10AM. 50% RENTAL DUE WHEN RESERVING. BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN. ** You must be 25 years or older to reserve with a valid drivers license photo ID.

In addition to our bayfront location (the water and the sand are approx 30" away!), the property is one short block from the ocean boardwalk, pier, and walking distance to many restaurants with a variety of fare including El Ranchito Mexican, Seafood such as the famous Crab Cooker, Fly N Fish Oyster Bar and Grill, The Cannery, and Blue Water Grill, Italian..Il Farro, Sabatino's Sausage Factory, Original Mama D's, Sushi, and several Gourmet such as The Dock and Ocean Front.

Walk or bike to Balboa Island, Lido, the Fun Center located near the Pavilion.

Bring your fishing poles! There is fishing on the main pier and a bay dock two doors away for loading/unloading passengers. There are electric and motor boats for rent at the Pavilion. Don't forget your tennis rackets too! Free Courts are two blocks away.

It doesn't get any better than this!

Parking is not an issue. There is garage parking for each Casa and plenty of metered (free at night) and non-metered parking.
