The floors are luxury distressed Virginia Vintage plank, except the the baths which are stone, one ensuite to the master. Great room, master, and third bedroom (which is a multi-purpose room with twin captain beds built in) opens up to large deck. Can be rented with lower unit Casa 231 2bd/2ba or next door units both 2 and 3 bedrooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date less fees if applicable.

Will refund 100% of your rental if re-rented for complete terms of your agreement less fees. If partial re-rent refund will be based on that amount LESS Credit Card and Bank Card (ATM) processing fees if applicable. Travel insurance can be purchased at time of booking that offers reimbursement for travel expenses incurred in the event of a covered cancellation.

We're the perfect home away from home when you're away for the holidays, reunions, or hosting family and friends for wedding festivities (Marina Park Venue end of beach). 

ALL Casa's and Casita's are beautifully decorated for the holidays including a pre-lit tree.

The world famous Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade starts December 18th 2024 and runs for 5 nights and can be viewed at  Marina Park Beach the next block. At this turning basin... you can view the parade coming and going. Purchase some hot chocolate on the way. The first nights festivities will begin with fireworks by the pier AND festivities including, live music, food and local vendors on our beach in front at Marina Park.

CHECK-IN 3PM ..CHECK-OUT BY 10AM. 50% RENTAL DUE AT TIME OF RESERVATION..BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.

Walk or bike to Balboa Island, Lido, and the Fun Center, located near the Pavilion.

Bring your fishing poles!  There is fishing on the main pier. You can rent electric boats, paddle boards, kayak, sail boat, and bike rentals available right around the corner or at Marina Park.  The paddle boards and kayaks can be delivered to you right in front if rented around the corner. There is a bay dock two doors away for loading/unloading boat passengers.

From the moment you walk through the Dutch door, you'll feel "at home" - and maybe a little pampered at the beach.

You really can have the BEST of both... the beautiful Newport Bay AND the Ocean!! It truly doesn't get better than this!!
