Casa de Balboa 223 Beach Modern Light House Views

Casa 223 is a 2bd/2ba street level unit with sit down views of the sandy beach and light houses from the living room. From the front courtyard you have expansive views of the water, boats, and sand to the left of a small beach building which is surrounded by swaying palms and beautiful plants giving a very tropical vibe, and sand, water, and light houses to the right. The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite, Jenn Aire pro range and appliances, and is fully outfitted. The floors are distressed plank look.  one ensuite to the main bedroom.The main and second bedrooms open up to lovely rear courtyard.

We are located in a quiet family area where the peninsula turns into 1 road fro the 2 to gain entry...dividing the peninula...with the bay on one side (we are bay beachfront)  and the ocean, shops, and restaurants on the other. You literally cross one road for the ocean...a 2 minute walk. Yet are in a safer (no alleys in back) and more enjoyable environment with 24/7 views.

Our beach is 19th St. beach (mother's beach) part of Marina Park.

ALL Casa's and Casita's are beautifully decorated for the holidays including a pre-lit tree.

The world famous Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade starts December 18th 2024 and runs for 5 nights and can be viewed at  Marina Park Beach the next block. At this turning basin... you can view the parade coming and going. Purchase some hot chocolate on the way. The first nights festivities will begin with fireworks by the pier AND festivities including, live music, food and local vendors on our beach in front at Marina Park.
